Subject	Help No Brake Lights!

Message	I have no brake lights, only the third brake is working. The warning light on the dash does not light up to show a bulb/s are burnt out. Also i've checked the fuses which I believe are the correct ones for the brake lights. Could this be a relay and how would i know if its bad? Thanks
